Prep Guide

General Preparation:

• Ensure all lights are working and turned on.

• Open blinds/curtains to allow natural light.

• Remove clutter, personal items, and unnecessary furniture.

• Clean all surfaces (floors, counters, mirrors, windows).

• Empty trash bins.

Kitchen:

• Clear counters of excess appliances and dishes.

• Hide trash cans.

• Wipe down surfaces and sinks.

Living Areas & Bedrooms:

• Arrange furniture neatly.

• Fluff pillows and make beds.

• Hide remote controls, cords, and personal items.

Bathrooms:

• Close toilet lids.

• Remove toiletries from counters and showers.

• Hang fresh towels neatly.

Exterior:

• Mow lawn, trim shrubs, and remove yard debris.

• Move cars from the driveway and avoid street parking in front of property.

• Sweep porches, patios, and walkways.

Special Notes:

• Pets should be secured and out of sight during the shoot.

• Property should be photo-ready upon our arrival, as we prefer our photographers not to move or rearrange personal belongings.
